Hi, my name is Michelle and I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist. I have my MS in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition from Tufts University and my BS in Exercise and Health Science from UMASS Boston. I continue my studies with new courses and trainings each year as I believe in life-long learning and a growth mindset. I am currently working towards my Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition at the University of North Florida.

I was raised in an environment with loved ones that struggled with addiction, mental health, chronic illness, and physical disabilities. Growing up with my grandparents and helping to take care of family, I learned the importance of a healthy lifestyle and striving for progress, not perfection. I developed resilience and coping skills, and learned not to compare myself while following my own path.

I'm so thankful my path has lead me to a career helping others. Though I’m passionate about my work, I have learned the importance of a balanced life with rest and fun. When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring the outdoors. I’m an avid skier, dancer, and hiker. I also like to decompress with a good book, play games, and spend time with friends.

During our first session, I will listen to your story. You can share the things you’re struggling with and decide what you want to work on. We’ll create some goals and strategies to attain them. Each session, we’ll check in, making adjustments and celebrating victories along the way. This is a process and things will change as you grow. It’s your journey, but I’ll be here for you every step of the way. Our ultimate goal is to support you in the life you want to live, whatever that may be.
